Meet Mitchell Wiersma – Owner & Lead Welder

MW Fabrications was founded by Mitchell Wiersma, a certified welder and mobile welding specialist with over 7 years of hands-on experience. Mitch started the company in 2020 after learning the trade from a retired welder in London and earning his welding certificate at Fanshawe College. He’s also a trained truck mechanic, but his true passion is welding and fabrication.

Mitch loves working with his hands, laying out the perfect bead, and seeing the results of a job well done. He takes pride in making customers happy, tackling custom projects, and providing honest, loyal service. MW Fabrications is 90% mobile, fully equipped for aluminum, steel, stainless, and select cast iron welding. Whether it’s a scheduled project or an emergency late-night repair, Mitch comes to you—7 days a week.
